At PlantTheVegan.com, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 7–14 days of receiving your order at tonjarharris@plantthevegan.com.
Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • A brief description of the issue

If your return is approved, we will work with our production partner (Printful) to send you a replacement at no cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

We do not refund items due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.
